NZ Report
Ⅰthought Ⅰparticipated in a home-stay. Because Ⅰthought Ⅰtouched culture and a word different from Japan actually. And would like feel and learn.
When taking an airplane, anxiety and pleasant feeling mixed.
When I arrived in New Zealand, seen one the one heard were English. And it was the Southern Hemisphere. So New Zealand was very cold.
My host-family has 2cats and a dog. Ⅰ like an animal. So it was the trigger about which Ⅰspeak. Everyone is very gentle. I had a great time with my family. I couldn’t speak English well so much, everyone spoke slowly. A letter set of stationery was present for mother. The Japanese towel and the fan on which the name of fish is written were present for farther. A masking tape, Japanese paper and paper craft and paper balloon were present for my younger brother and younger sister.
I saw a rugby game, went to a lake and took a boat, went to a hot pool, I was very happy. On the last day, family were making me an album with surprise. I have been very happy and have cried.
A program of a society was also quite enriched. I went to art center, I took a tram, I visited a farm. I also went to a sol leech. They were the clean scenery and the highlighted location which can be seen in Japan nowhere. I was surprised to have much culture different from Japan in NZ school. And a lot of friends could do. Everyone was good at speaking Japanese and spoke much. I was tense, but they were gentle and it was fascinating. And Ⅰwas on good terms and could be. A student studying abroad from Japan was at school like us, too. Besides a lot of national girls also were being on good terms and were speaking. The international society imagined in Japan will be such thing. Please , I thought.
I was quite blessed with the environment. A host family likes very much. Buddy likes very much, too. I like New Zealand very much. The food is also good. The person is gentle, too. I’d like to go to once again.

NZホームステイを終えて
私は、日本とは違う文化や言葉に実際に触れて感じて学びたいと思い、ホームステイに参加しようと思いました。
飛行機では、不安や楽しみな気持ちが混ざった今までに経験したことのない不思議な気持ちでした。
NZに着くと、まず見えるもの聞こえるもの全てが英語でした。そして、NZは南半球なので真冬でとても寒かったです。
ホストファミリーは、５人家族と２匹の猫と１匹の犬を飼っています。私は動物が好きで、猫も犬もすぐに懐いてくれて話すきっかけができました。でも最初、家に行ったときは｢何か話さないと｣ととても緊張しました。それに、英語もめちゃくちゃでした。でも家族は、そんな私の話す英語をわかろうとしてくれました。英語力にあまり自信のなかった私はとても嬉しかったし安心しました。お母さんには便せんなどのレターセット。お父さんには魚の名前が書いている手ぬぐいと扇子。バディと妹と弟にはマスキングテープとハンカチと折り紙と紙風船。そして家族みんなに箸を贈りました。どれもみんな喜んでくれました。家族で、ラグビーの試合の観戦をしたり、海へ行ったり湖へ行ってボートに乗ったりして、とても充実した生活体験をさせてもらいました。本当の家族のように毎日を過ごさせてもらいました。最終日には、２週間の写真のアルバムを作ってくれました。びっくりしたし涙が出るくらい嬉しかったです。
また、学校通学では私が通う学校との違いがたくさんありました。文化の違いを目の当たりにしました。そして、たくさんの友達ができました。みんな日本語が上手でたくさん話しかけてくれました。学校には私達と同じように日本からの留学生だけでなく、たくさんの国の女の子がみんな仲良くしていました。とても魅力的な学校でした。
私の過ごした、CHはとても魅力的な街です。魅力的な人ばかりです。２週間という短い期間の中でたくさんの経験、出会いがありました。今回このような貴重な体験をさせて頂き本当にありがとうございました。
